Click on register and agree to the terms and conditions, then enter your desired username as well as your email adress and password, you will need to confirm this passowrd on the next page.
Once you've done that, you will need to go into the email address, you should have an email from member@forumotion.com, open it and click on the link to actvitate your account.

You will then be able to log in (using the email address and password you selected).

To post a new topic, click on one of the categories, and then click on "NEW TOPIC", and put in a subject and your desired message.

To respond to another topic, click on the category followed by the topic and select "POST REPLY", and just like when posting a new topic, put in a subject and message.
