BEAUTY THERAPIST - AMANDA
[b][i]Hi Goddesses,
I'd like to make a short Introduction (and introduce myself properly when I have more time!). I'm one of the Ultimate Goddesses and Apart of the 2009 Calender. What most people don't know is I'm also a Full time Beauty Therapist and have been for over 6 years. I like to specialise in Skin care and general skin health. I've written Beauty Columns for Newspapers and have worked extensively within the Beauty Industry for many years. I'm equipped with the latest knowledge in Skin care and am here to answer any of your questions about your skin, what to use, who to see and preparing your skin and body for Shoots etc.
I'm also a Makeup Artist and have done makeup for the Catwalk, so love to get creative and funky with it. Any quesitons you may have and questions in relation to makeup, what brands to use and appyling photographic makeup- please don't hesitate to ask myself or Janelle (Other resident Makeup artist!).
Having worked within the Beauty Industry, I have also worked with Tanning Studio's and can adivse on brands to use for airbrush spray tans and what's the best over the counter tips etc. Spray tanning can make SUCH a difference to your look and to your images in photoshoots so be ready when your chance comes up!!
So there's a tad introduction and not to mention general modelling questions are more than welcome as I'm an experienced model who's happy to share tips and anything I know I will pass on!
Take care all and if you'd like to check out where I'm working for more information on skin and health care head to www.alkaline.com for an in depth resource site at the tip of your fingers!

Re: BEAUTY THERAPIST - AMANDA
Hi Amanda,
I was wondering what body lotion you would recommend using on a daily basis. I definitely have combination skin; very prone to being very oily or flaky and dry.
I want something that I can use regularly to help condition my body. I have found a great beauty routine to keep the skin on my face looking good however I am yet to find the same thing for the rest of me.
Also, do you recommend shaving or using laser? Which is better for your skin?
Thanks so much!
